After placing an order, you will receive two confirmation emails from THEATREbles™:
- One confirming that your order has been received.
- Another confirming that your order has been fulfilled.
Once you receive the second confirmation email, open your crypto wallet app and select “NFT” to view your new (and existing) digital collectibles. If needed, refresh your “NFT” view.
If you do not see the screen similar to what is shown above, double-click the Assets icon at the bottom.
Important: Please note that it may take a few minutes for your digital collectibles to fully load in the crypto wallet.
We strive to fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours. If you have not received your collectibles after 48 hours, please notify our team by completing the contact form and selecting “Order status” for prompt assistance.
